As a courtesy to all our patients, we will assist you in filing insurance forms relative to your dental care.

It is important to remember that you are a partner with us in your oral health, and that treatment and care decisions should be made together with us, based on your actual needs.

A dental plan is a way of helping you cover the cost of dental care.

Please be sure that you are familiar with the details of your dental insurance plan, so that there are no surprise fees incurred for a given treatment.

Some dental plans may not cover the full cost of the specific treatment you require, so we recommend contacting your insurance provider if you're not aware of your current coverage.

By taking care of your dental health, in spite of potential extra expense that your insurance plan doesn't cover, you are making a long-term investment in your own well-being.

Medical Updates

Changes to your medical health are just as important to us as changes to your dental health. It is important for new and existing patients to keep us up to date about any updates in overall health or medications.  Kindly bring a list of any medications you are on to your first visit, and be sure to update us if this list changes.

Changing or Cancelling Appointments

Our team will contact you prior to a scheduled appointment with a courtesy reminder. We require a minimum of 2 full business days notice to change and/or cancel appointments. If an appointment is missed with no notice, a missed appointment fee will apply.

It is the patient's responsibility to pay the fees for all dental procedures. We accept the following methods of payment.
